These Terms of Use and End User License Agreement (the "Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Noovoice ("Noovoice," "we," "us," or "our"). They govern your access to and use of the Noovoice mobile application, website, live practice rooms, messaging, community feeds, and related services (collectively, the "Services").
Please read these Terms carefully before using the Services. By creating an account, signing in, selecting the acceptance checkbox, or otherwise using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not create an account, sign in, or use the Services.
Noovoice has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users.
You must not create, upload, transmit, publish, display, promote, or otherwise make available any content that violates these Terms. You must not harass, threaten, exploit, impersonate, intimidate, bully, or abuse another person.
Noovoice provides content moderation, reporting, and blocking tools. Reports of objectionable content or abusive behavior will be reviewed within 24 hours. When we confirm a violation, we will take appropriate action, including removing the offending content and ejecting, suspending, or permanently banning the responsible user, as appropriate.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent that you meet these requirements.
You are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting your account credentials, and all activity under your account. You must promptly notify us if you suspect unauthorized access or misuse. You may not sell, transfer, share, or create an account for another person without authorization.
We may require identity, age, or account verification when reasonably necessary for safety, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or account recovery.
Noovoice is a goal‑based live language and speaking practice service. Depending on availability and your location, the Services may allow you to:
Features may change, be limited, or be discontinued. We do not guarantee that any particular user, room, feature, or content will always be available.
"User Content" means any text, profile information, image, audio, voice communication, message, reflection, comment, username, or other material that a user submits, transmits, displays, or makes available through the Services.
You retain ownership of your User Content. By providing User Content through the Services, you grant Noovoice a worldwide, non‑exclusive, royalty‑free, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, process, adapt, display, transmit, and distribute that content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, moderate, improve, and provide the Services, comply with law, and enforce these Terms. This license ends when the content is deleted from our systems, except where retention is reasonably required by law, safety, fraud prevention, backup processes, or an ongoing investigation.
You represent and warrant that you own or have all rights needed to provide your User Content, and that your User Content and conduct comply with these Terms and applicable law.
You may not use the Services to create, upload, send, promote, request, or engage in:
These rules apply to public and private areas of the Services, including live voice rooms and direct messages.
Noovoice uses a combination of technical measures, user controls, and human review to help detect, filter, limit, or remove objectionable material. These measures may operate before or after content is published or transmitted and may include keyword filtering, automated risk signals, review of reports, and account‑level restrictions.
No moderation system is perfect. You remain responsible for your conduct and User Content. The availability of moderation tools does not mean that Noovoice endorses User Content or guarantees that all objectionable material will be detected immediately.
We may review, preserve, restrict, refuse, mute, hide, or remove User Content when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users, investigate a report, comply with law, or maintain the security and integrity of the Services.
You can report objectionable content or abusive users using the in‑app Report action available from supported content, profiles, chats, or live‑room controls. You may also contact us at iosshuichangchun@163.com.
Reports should include enough information to identify the content or user and explain the concern. Knowingly submitting false, misleading, or abusive reports is prohibited.
We review reports of objectionable content or abusive behavior within 24 hours. If a violation is confirmed, we will take appropriate action, including removing the offending content and ejecting, suspending, or permanently banning the user who provided it. Serious or urgent cases may be escalated immediately, preserved as evidence, or referred to relevant authorities where required or appropriate.
If anyone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services. Noovoice is not an emergency service.
You can block another user through the in‑app Block action available from supported profiles, chats, feeds, or live‑room controls.
When you block a user:
Blocking does not replace reporting when content presents an urgent safety, legal, or community risk. You should also use the Report action in those situations.
Depending on the nature, severity, frequency, and context of a violation, Noovoice may warn a user, limit features, mute or remove content, remove a user from a live session, suspend an account, permanently terminate an account, preserve evidence, or refer a matter to law enforcement or another competent authority.
Severe conduct, including exploitation of minors, credible threats, sexual exploitation, violent extremism, doxxing, or repeated abusive behavior, may result in immediate permanent removal without prior warning.
Attempts to create another account or use another person's account to evade enforcement are prohibited. A user may request review of an enforcement decision by contacting iosshuichangchun@163.com and providing the relevant account and decision information. We may maintain a decision where reasonably necessary to protect users or comply with law.

You must not collect, publish, or misuse another user's personal information through the Services. Voice, messages, reports, device information, and related records may be processed as described in the Privacy Policy for service operation, security, moderation, dispute handling, and legal compliance.
You may stop using the Services at any time. Where available, you may request account deletion through the in‑app account settings or by contacting iosshuichangchun@163.com.
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, create risk or legal exposure, misuse the Services, fail to maintain account eligibility, or where suspension is reasonably necessary to protect users or the Services.
Following account deletion or termination, your right to use the Services ends. Certain information may be retained when reasonably necessary for legal obligations, safety, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, enforcement, or backup integrity, as described in the Privacy Policy.
The Services, including their software, design, branding, graphics, text, features, and other materials supplied by Noovoice, are owned by or licensed to Noovoice and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Subject to these Terms, Noovoice grants you a personal, limited, revocable, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, and non‑sublicensable license to install and use the App for your own lawful, non‑commercial use.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, decompile, attempt to extract source code, bypass security controls, or create derivative works from the Services except where applicable law expressly permits such activity.
The Services may rely on third‑party identity, cloud, messaging, real‑time voice, analytics, payment, or platform providers. Your use of those services may be governed by additional third‑party terms and privacy policies. Noovoice is not responsible for third‑party services outside its reasonable control, but this does not limit any responsibility that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Links to third‑party websites or services are provided for convenience and do not constitute endorsement.
If Noovoice offers subscriptions, virtual items, or other paid features, the price, duration, renewal terms, and applicable purchase conditions will be displayed before purchase. Purchases made through Apple's App Store are also governed by Apple's applicable payment and subscription terms.
Except where required by law or platform rules, virtual items have no cash value, are non‑transferable, and may be used only within the Services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available." Noovoice does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error‑free, secure, or suitable for every purpose, or that all User Content will be accurate, appropriate, or available.
Noovoice does not control what users say in real‑time conversations. You should exercise judgment when interacting with others and should not share sensitive personal, financial, or location information with people you do not trust.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Noovoice and its affiliates, officers, employees, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from or related to the Services.
Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the greatest extent permitted by applicable law. These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability arising from fraud, willful misconduct, or personal injury where applicable law so provides.
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Noovoice and its affiliates, officers, employees, licensors, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your User Content, your misuse of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of another person's rights.
If you download or use the App on an Apple‑branded product:
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles, except where mandatory consumer laws in your country or region apply.
Before starting formal proceedings, you and Noovoice agree to attempt in good faith to resolve a dispute by contacting the other party and allowing a reasonable opportunity to respond. Where permitted by law and not resolved informally, disputes will be submitted to the courts or dispute‑resolution forum having lawful jurisdiction. Nothing in this section limits non‑waivable consumer rights or either party's ability to seek urgent injunctive relief.
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Services, law, safety practices, or business operations. We will publish the updated Terms and revise the "Last Updated" date. Where required, we will provide additional notice or request renewed consent. Continued use after the effective date of an update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent. We may assign these Terms as part of a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or transfer of the Services, subject to applicable law.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional terms presented for a specific feature or purchase, form the entire agreement between you and Noovoice concerning the Services.
